Our Email Holiday Vouchers are valid for 24 months.

How do I redeem a voucher?

Vouchers can be redeemed on any of our brands' websites during your booking journey (however, they cannot be used as payment towards our special low deposit offers). Take a look at our Where to Spend page for more info.

Can I use vouchers on both Hoseasons and cottages.com?

Yes, our vouchers can be used with any of the brands on our website.

Can I redeem multiple vouchers on a booking?

Yes, multiple Email Vouchers can be used on one booking.

Can I add an Email Voucher to a booking that has already been made?

Yes, simply log into My Account/My Booking to make your payment.
